Upgrading my PC's - CPU, GPU, Motherboard. I've made sure all my parts are compatible, my question is, is their any specific thing I need to do before plugging in my new GPU, CPU, and Motherboard?

No files I need to delete anything like that? I'm not going to have an issue when everything new is plugged in and ready to run?

Swapping in all new parts, you may well have to do a full OS reinstall. If so, this includes all your applications, drivers, etc, etc.
Prepare for if you need to do this, be thankful if you don't.

Probably don't have my windows key.

My power supply is good. Basically upgrading from a Geforce 660 to a 1060. AMD 6350 to 8350. And MSI to Asus 970 mobo.

Will I def. need to reinstall my OS and it'll require a product key?

There are programs than can retrieve your windows key. Also your ms office key and others.

No installation was needed. After installing CPU, GPU and Motherboard I was prompted to login to windows 10 with my username and password. From their it proceeded to my desktop and required an additional sign in on windows. Everything is looking great.

With windows 10 if your key is in the bios you will need rweverything get the key. Click the ACPI Table button at top. Then click on MSDM tab. Your BIOS’s key is at the bottom.
