I only play WoW and have no real trouble with all settings at minimun. Would like a bit more. I am looking to buy 16GB ram and a amd rx 500 series. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

An RX 560 is a decent upgrade over an R7 250, but you should look into a decent PSU as well. What model is that PSU? Most 300 W units are pretty low quality and I wouldn't pair them with an RX 560. While the power consumption of an R7 250 is 65 W maximum, an RX 560 can draw 90-100 W under load. So, again, while the GPU is a decent upgrade, you need to look into a PSU as well.
What's the exact GPU you have? "R7 200 series" means anything from an R7 240 to an R7 265.

And RX 560 probably isn't enough of an upgrade if you have an R7 265. But an RX 570 might be hard to get the most out of with an old APU like this. Also, would need the exact PSU to make any kind of recommendation.

Sorry, I am not well versed in all the pc stuff. But i was able to find my gpu model. And my psu is only 300w.

Thank you! I was planning on upgrading psu as well when I saw how low it was. I was not playing games when I bought this HP destop, but it does fair. I just want a bit more fun and less tweaking!
