Upgrading R9 380 2GB to RX 480/580

Hi,
I have a MSI R9 380 2X 2GB and I want to sell it and upgrade to a 480/580 4GB.
Is it worthy? I've started to notice frame drops on games like BF4 and Just Cause 3 with everything on ultra (1080p) and I would like to have stable 60fps. Would I notice any significant improvement?

a rx 580 would be a good upgrade yes, 2gb vram is just not enough nowadays

A 480 or 580 would be a very good upgrade, not only are they faster cards but since you mention you like to use ultra settings you will want that 4gb of vram. The card you have is still a pretty good 1080p card but I think your needs have outgrown it.
