Upgrading Radeon HD 5800 series

I am looking to upgrade my Radeon hd 5800 series video card, but not sure what will be a good choice.

I currently have a ATI Radeon HD 5800 series 1024 mb pci express 2.0 x 16

Well you can try the Radeon 7 series cards , but it all depends on price range and performance expectations
