Upgrading RAID Hardrive

Hi, I am looking to upgrade a RAID hardrive in an Alienware M17x laptop. I would like to be able to go from 500GB to either a 1TB or 2TB setup.

Here are my specs from [System Information] -> [Components] -> [Storage] -> [Disks] :

You can. You would need to use a program like Macrium Reflect to make a image of your OS as it is now to another hard drive. Then remove the drives, toss in your new drives, and then make the RAID. Then use the Bootable Media you need to make when you first run macrium Reflect and connect the drive that the image is store to and restore it. You will have to then extend the last partition to get the rest of the disk space after you boot into windows.
