Upgrading Raid1 to bigger drive

Hi, I have drive failure and need to upgrade to a bigger drive.
Windows 2008 Server SP2
I Have Cloned my Drive 0 ( 250 Gb.) with Notron Ghost, to a 1 Tb drive
It boots up all right,
When I wanto to recreate the mirror on the new disk. It will not do it
I get a message ( Spanish sistem ) “Error al completar la operación; la vista de la consola Administración de discos no está actualizada. Actualice la vista con la tarea Actualizar. Si el problema continua, cierre la consola y después reinicie Administración de discos o reinicie el equipo”.
I can create a second partition on the new disk, and mirror it without problems, Only the boot partition C: that I can nor re-mirror.

Any Idea

Your system may think the drive is already part of a RAID. Where is the RAID set up, in Windows or in your motherboard's BIOS? If the latter, "break" any RAID in which the drive appears, then recreate your RAID.

Hi, Sorry. It is windows RAID, Not Hardware

You may still need to make sure Windows doesn't think the drive is part of an existing RAID.
