Upgrading RAM, anything important I should know?

Right now I have 2x 4GB DIM's of Patriot viper DDR3 1600 RAM. Tomorrow, I was planning to buy a 2x 8GB DIM's of Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM. I'm pretty sure I just simply remove the current ram sticks and put in the 16GB, right? Or is there anything else I have to do? I just wanna make sure cause this is the first time I've ever upgraded my RAM.

I already know that my motherboard supports DDR3 1600 @ 1.5V which is what this Corsair vengeance ram is at. I have the Asus Z87 Sabertooth.

Most of the PC ugprades are child's play, if you do some proper research. Especially things like ram and storage drives, heck even GPU upgrades. People are just too paranoid and afraid to try, which is somewhat understandable.
