I have a MSI H170A PC MATE mobo and an i5-6500 currently i have 8gb(2x4) 2133mhz and it's starting to get a bit short because i now do a lot of multi tasking, editing(well trying lol) and i'm thinking about upgrading.

Next year i'm building a pc with a ryzen etc and i want to buy now a 3000-3200mh 2x8 RAM so i can use It with the new build also i guess It should be ok with my mobo and CPU It should run ay 2133 without problem right? And It Will not damage the RAM or anything i hope.

Yes, most DDR4 range from 2133MHz and up and it will run at lowest speed but also higher if MB and CPU allow.
