Hello, so I am wanting to upgrade a pre-built system that I bought recently ( I know cardinal sin to buy pre-built) anyhow, it came with 16GB RAM. I am wanting to upgrade to at least 32 GB, but I am not sure if it will be better to just add 2x 8GB sticks? Or will be better with getting a fresh 16x2 32 GB set? I want to make sure any RAM I get would match well with my current RAM, if not then I just get a fresh new 16GBx2 (32GB kit)
I will post my specs here below, and if anyone can link me some good RAM with good stock speeds. ( Id prefer not to have to do any bios tweaking if possible) TY for any suggestions.
