Question Upgrading RAM on a pretty old build

I built my computer in 2013 but it still feels fantastic (recently upgraded GPU).

The motherboard is an Asus Z87-PRO with 2x8gb DDR3 DIMM Vengeance Corsair in it.

Would like to go from 16gb to the max the motherboard can handle, 32gb.

Should I try to find the same RAM, get 16gb of different RAM (same specs) or get 32gb of DDR3 from wherever?

Look up the QVL for you motherboard, pick the RAMs highest supported capacity & bandwidths speed... enjoy.
But you gotta ask yourself, is it worth spending money on a nearly 10 yr old platform?
