Question Upgrading RX550/550 with a $600 budget

Looking to replace my old GPU, and was looking at the Radeon RX 6650 XT for 379.99 today on newegg.ca

I can spend up to $600. Doesn't need to be AMD either.

Current-
GPU: Radeon RX550/550
PWRSP: 700W Real ModXStream Pro
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3400 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
MoBo: Z77A-G45 MSI
Memory: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 x 2

I play Warframe and Deep Rock Galatic on its lowest settings and see some frame rate drops occasionally but otherwise stable.

I had a better GPU before but it fizzled and couldn't afford an equal one (during the bitcoin gold rush) and was hoping the prices have gone down.

I would recommend upgrading your PSU as well. Putting a new GPU into a system with a 10 year old PSU (outdated platform) is a recipe for disaster.

The issue I see is that the op says they are running an i5 3570k. Might hold that card back.

For 600 you might see what you can find in a cheap combo for a cpu/board and ram. Then see where you are from there.

Even with a 3570K the OP will see better FPS than with their current GPU.
