Upgrading SSD vs RAM for gaming

Hello Everyone.

i need help upgrade my RAM/SSD.

this is the system :

(yes i know my rig is OLD xD)

so what should i upgrade first RAM/SSD?

Both but they address different problems.
With more RAM you can solve problems like in game stuttering and frequent swaps to disk with programs requiring a lot of free memory.
With SSD, faster BOOT and program/game loading but very little help with performance.
