Upgrading system, need help with components!

Long story short, I've got money coming in so I'm wanting to upgrade my entire setup / battlestation.

I need help with the following;

1) Picking a case - The one I use at the moment is quite big and I'm not familiar with good cases. I'm looking for suggestions on a smaller case with a clear panel which would be ideal for putting on a desk. Also, RBG / LED lighting. Needless to say has to be large enough to fit components (see below).

2) Upgrading Components - All the components below marked with an asterisk (*) I'm looking to upgrade. I'm thinking of getting a GTX 2080 but I'm not very clued up on RAM or CPU's, but mine are a good few years old so open to replacing them.

3) Water-cooling - Never done it, don't have a clue about it, so looking for recommended products.

Price isn't too much of an issue but suggestions on both medium range and high range items are appreciated.

If you aren't upgrading the motherboard, then there isn't much CPU upgrade. You could do an i7-4xxx CPU but not a significant upgrade for gaming.
