I have an Inspiron 560 from a while back and the onboard graphics are no longer good enough for my needs. I was thinking of upgrading to a GTX 650 TI Boost 1GB and I'm not sure whether or not that'd be compatible, and whether it'd put me over my current power supplies limit, if so, a recommendation would be nice.

The current power supply is a Bestec atx0300d5wb
The motherboard is a Dell 018D1Y
4 Sticks of 1Gb ram
And a Pentium Dual-Core E5800 @ 3.20GH.z

If any more information is needed, I'll be happy to provide it.
Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I'm also wondering if I were to upgrade this with a Radeon 7750/7770 as suggested if it'd be able to support a second monitor for non-gaming things.

There is no way that power supply is going to be powering anything above a 7750. From what I see, the 12v rail supplies 18A, the 7750 requires 16A so it should be barely enough considering your other components.

Another thing is the form factor, is this a regular sized Inspiron 560?

Don't get the 650 Ti Boost, your CPU would bottleneck anything above a GTX 650 or 7750

Considering your current position, the Radeon 7750 would probably be your best choice

^+1 on everything, just to add a bit of info for you, 650Ti Boost (140W), 650 (65W), 7770 (55W). Throw in 200W for everything else on your machine plus some overhead, 300W would manage a 650 or 7770.
