upgrading the gpu

I want to buy new gpu coz my old gpu no longer can play new games its gt 9800 512mb
my pc specs are : core2quad q6600 2.4 3gb ram ddr2 320gb hdd
delta 475w 80+ bronze certified PSU,

so which gpu will be best for my pc and will better performance then my old gpu ?
suggest me the best 1 which can play new games and do minimum bottleneck :/

i play games on 1440x900 res

i want to play all new games like gta 5 fallout cod bo3 cod aw all upcoming games

I think you already know that your whole PC is really old and it will be the best to build a completely new system.

First thing to upgrade your RAM. Check how much your motherboard supports. What is your motherboard?

As for the graphics card, GTX 750 Ti will be your best bet. If you have a 6-pin PCIe connector, then you can try getting GTX 950.

my mobo can support 8gb ram and my psu have 6pin connector ,,,
so gtx 750 ti best right ? will gtx 950 do more bottleneck then gtx 750 ti or the same ?

GTX 950 is much more powerful than GTX 750 Ti.

You could get the GTX 950 (you have the connector to power it) and upgrade your RAM to at LEAST 4GB. 6-8GB recommended. Make sure you have 64-bit Windows so you can use more than 4GB.

So gtx 950 is best then i will buy that 1.
i have win 8 64-bit runs like a charm,,
and i can use 8gb ram for sure
