Upgrading the main guts of my computer

So after lots of research and reading reviews and such I have come up with a list of parts for overhauling my old comp. I'm upgrading the CPU, GPU, Motherboard, RAM, and OS. For the OS I am still undecided, but most likely it will be Windows 8.

that RAM is a NO, it is for AMD

for intel build, find one with DDR3 1600 and stable 1,5V. can be gskill or corsair ram

you can get the legend 212 evo hands down
