Upgrading the stock PSU on my HP pg-2127c

I have a stock 300w PSU on my p6-2127c and I wanted to upgrade it.
Specs:
Power Supply
Internal 300W (100V-240V)
Form factor: Internal ATX
Total wattage: 300W
Nominal input voltage range: 200-240V/3A (50-60Hz)
Dimensions: 150mm x 140mm x 86mm (5.9 x 5.5 x 3.4 inches)

I have no idea how to this or what will work. I just wanted one that's 450w+ and runs quietly. I have my eyes on this one:

Take your eyes off of it. It's a piece of crap.

Why are you upgrading from your current power supply?

Are you upgrading the graphics and/or upgrading to a more power hungry CPU? If not, then there is no reason to upgrade.

If you're upgrading the GPU or CPU please specify what you are upgrading to.

I wanted to upgrade the graphics to an ATI Radeon HD6670, so I'm a step above the min. system req. of a new PC only game that is coming out. I currently have an APU, AMD A6-3620, with 6530D onboard graphics. I do not meet the min. 400w that it requires.
Anyways, why is that one a piece of crap? Which would be a better alternative, and how would I install it?

For a system using a single Radeon HD 6670 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater power supply. The power supply should also have a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 20 Amps or greater.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated @ 45°C-50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical specification.

You may find power supplies on the market that supply more than enough Wattage to run the system. However, many of them lack the Amperage capacity on the critical +12 Volt rail, which is necessary to properly power the critical components in the system (i.e. CPU and GPUs). This is the reason why graphics card manufacturers overstate the power supply wattage, usually by at least 50 Watts or more, to take into account those power supplies that have the weaker +12 Volt rail(s).

Open up your computer case and look on the label affixed to the side of your power supply. Look for the specification for the +12V rail.

It may look something like the following:

+12V === / 19.0A

If the number on the right hand side of the +12V specification is 19.0A or higher (it may also be specified as Max. 228W) then your current power supply should have no problem powering your system with a single Radeon HD 6670.
