Upgrading to 1070?

I currently own a
I5-2500K (OC at 3,7 GHz)
MSI GTX 960 4GB
16 GB of ram

I game at 1080P @ 60 fps
And i was wondering if it is worth upgrading to the Palit GTX 1070.

if buying new no, wait a little so prices drop ( new gpus coming soon so). better to wait a little.

GTX 1070 will definitely bottleneck your CPU in some CPU intensive games. If it's possible to overclock it to 4.5Ghz then Do it just to make sure you don't experience extreme bottleneck.
Also, make sure you have at least 500w PSU from a reputable brand with 8 Pin Power Connector.

dont worry if you play 1080p you cant bottleneck this card with that cpu

"Both the Founder’s Edition of the RTX 2080 and RTX 2080Ti and all the other third party models will be released on the same day: September 20th" found on nvidia page so not long , i would pay for a used 1070 around max 350$ but they tend to go higher than that. but with new gpus around the corner i hope their prices drop hard.
