Upgrading to a new build

Hey guys, currently running some old stuff and wanting to do an upgrade, what are your thoughts on this build
Partial Build

Already have a new power supply (850 bronze) and a haf-x for a case with dual 680's for gpu.

I know skylake and ddr4 are more expensive but my current build lasted me almost 5 years, might as well invest a little more now and have it last longer.

Well if you are not going to overclock then go for the non K version of the 6600, you can save a couple of dollars on that. Just for the sake of argument, I could recommend dozens of other choices but truly speaking I feel happy with the ones you have chosen.

I probably won't be overklocking it right away, but will end up doing that in the future I'm sure. Just like my cars, they don't tend to stay "stock" for long haha.

The psu is an evga supernova 850 b2, only bought it cause my other one failed and needed something to get the computer back up and going.
