upgrading to a ryzen 1800x

b-350m mobo
had a ryzen 3 1300 and going to a ryzen 1800x
8gb ram
gtx 970
i made the physical switch but after installing the new cpu i booted it up and ran cinbench only to have it black screen on me
it wouldnt turn on for a little but after removing the cpu battery and putting it on it turned back on

now it black screens every little while of using it.

everything is running but no display and now it wont even display for a little after removing and reinstalling mobo battery.

Have you done clear CMOS and / or "load optimized values" after the change?
Does the CPU fan work properly?
Have you tried to put back your original CPU?
Are the 24-pin and 8-pin power cables properly plugged in?
