Upgrading to A8 7650k

Hello Im planning to upgrade to a8 7650k because its the only available processor that i can buy with my budget.
Im asking if can it run league of legends on very high settings because my current pc give me fps drops sometimes and can it also run some fornite and csgo in settings that can be playable?

Im gonna pair it with my r7 240 1gb ddr5

current specs
a6 6400k
r7 240 1gb ddr5
8gb ram
EMX-A58FM2+HD board

As you are pairing with a graphics card, you would be better off with an Athlon 860k or similar.

I am pairing with r7 240 1g b ddr5 and trying to dual graphics and this is the only processor i can find in my location

APU dual graphics sucks. I would save up more money.
