Hi! My graphics card (MSI Twin Frozr GTX 570) gave out a couple months ago. I posted here as to what a good upgrade card would be (in the $200 range), and the general consensus was that the r9 380 4gb was the best in that price range. I'm looking for a reliable card that will last a long time. Unfortunately, I don't know which brand to get - I'm deciding between ASUS (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121978), MSI (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127879), and a budget brand (either XFX or PowerColor). I'm open to other brands though, of course. Thanks in advance for everyone's help :)

Well I have an MSI R9 380 and the utilities and fans that come with MSI are great, but I do regret going for an AMD card, you should buy the nvidia equivalent (MSI GTX 960) It performs a little weaker but it comes with all the fancy features and the great compatibility of an Nvidia card.

Thanks! I took your advice (and the advice of a friend who also got the 380) and went with the GTX 960. It was easy to install and is working perfectly so far. I'll gladly sacrifice a tiny bit of performance in exchange for not having to deal with AMD drivers and possible incompatibility.
