Upgrading to ddr4

I am willing to upgrade to ddr4 and wanted to know... Do I need to change the processor as well? Or is it just the rams?

You cant just change from DDR3 to DDR4. Motherboards only accept one type of RAM, and the same goes for the processors they support as well.

If you have DDR3 now, then you will need a new motherboard and CPU in addition to RAM.
