MotherBoard: Gigabyte Z68X-UD5-B3
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580
Memory: 8 GB Internal Memory (RAM)

Can I upgrade just the Graphic card or Upgrage something else?

No, your cpu is still pretty good. It is a good match.

Even if you have problems (very unlikely) you can overclock your cpu.

yes you can, you will need to overclock the cpu though so get a good cpu cooler if you dont have one
