I'm to upgrade to a ZOTAC GTX 970 4gb. I'm curious whether or not my PSU can handle it.

•My Specs:

CPU-i5-3550s
Mobo-MSI H61M- P20 (G3)
RAM-1x8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 ( +8 gig soon)
STORAGE- 1. SEAGATE 1TB 5400 RPM 2.ADATA SU650
PSU- Corsair VS450

Solution
Please mention a few good options
Corsair CX550 or CX550M (modular version) are good choices for a lowcost 550watt PSU with two PCIE power cables required by the GTX 970. It should be able to power up to a GTX 2060 Super or RX 5700XT without issue, though if you think you may want something more powerful in the near future, get the 650 or 750watt instead.
GTX 970 recommended PSU is 500 Watts BUT it needs a good 500 Watts.

Your Corsair VS450 is not really good. It's a low quality PSU and after all that time it's probably not even giving close to 450 Watts. You would need a new PSU and a good quality PSU. If you want suggestions let me know.
