Upgrading to intel processor and motherboard

i would like to upgrade my pc. i think i should switch to intel since im using an amd A8 3850 at the moment. but i live in south africa and pc parts are very expensive here. I recently purchased a sapphire rx 480 8gb and in the cheapest one i could find cost me R5200. thats $390! So i would like to know what processor and mobo i should get that wont cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks for the help
