Upgrading to new GPU.

Hello guys,
First my current spec:
GPU: MSI GTX 650 PE OC 1GB
CPU: Intel i3 2120 3.30GHz, 3.29GHz (not sure why this one is 3.29GHz)
RAM:4GB
Power Supply: 430W
Motherboard: Asrock h61m-hvs
So I am thinking in upgrading my gpu to MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti GAMING OC 2GB.
My question is, will there be any bottleneck with my CPU, and how good my CPU will handle CPU intense games (Planetside2, Tera, SWOR)? Is 430W power supply enough? Will I be able to play games with high/medium settings on stable 60fps, 1980x1080? And for example will it handle SWTOR 16man ops group with 30+fps? Becouse right now in many mmo games I get huge fps drops in large groups.

The best option would be a 750 Ti.

A nice boost in performance without requiring a new power supply.

Will 430W handle 750 ti gaming oc or just the 750 ti version?

Ok this is getting strange, I just turned on Assassins Creed 2, and on max 1980x1080 got lower that 30 fps, it's strange becouse I played it sometime ago and i had stable 60fps witn and ENB... now not sure what is going on, and will a new gpu fix it?
