In my other PC I'm changing my old ga-78lmt-usb3 6.0 to an asrock 970m pro3. They have different drivers so what should I do when I install the new part in terms of windows?

You can boot your Windows in Safe Mode which loads as few drivers as possible then install your drivers.

The issue is which windows do you have? If it is 8 then you may need to go into your UEFI and disable fastboot so that you have a chance to hit the F8 key on boot.

Also, be aware that Windows will tie its license to the motherboard in some cases and may go un-genuine. Usually you can just reactivate it with your new hardware but most Windows will only allow you to do this 3 times.
