In my other PC I'm changing my old ga-78lmt-usb3 6.0 to an asrock 970m pro3. They have different drivers so what should I do when I install the new part in terms of windows?
You'll want to completely reinstall Windows. On the off chance that your PC boots into the OS after the change you'll see a pretty significant performance decrease.
The issue is which windows do you have? If it is 8 then you may need to go into your UEFI and disable fastboot so that you have a chance to hit the F8 key on boot.
Also, be aware that Windows will tie its license to the motherboard in some cases and may go un-genuine. Usually you can just reactivate it with your new hardware but most Windows will only allow you to do this 3 times.
