CPU: I5 6600
RAM: 16 GB dddr 2133 cl 13
MOBO: B150M Night Elf
GPU ( Old): RX 580
GPU (New): Rx 6600 xt

After upgrading to Rx 6600 xt from my old RX 580 , i get a much worse performance in general, some games i can't even play.
Battlefield 5 was working pretty okey with rx 580 , now it's working awful 50-70 fps , and stuterings from 80-100 or even better.
Apex legends i need to FPS limit it to 100 so it doesnt freeze, with rX 580 i was okey at 100+ fps , 100-144 sometimes ( under 100 in fights and explosions but no problems at all )
My i5 6600 performed decent , it was still about 70-100% with RX 580 on apex legends. With RX 6600 xt is about same load, more time towards 100%, but still.

Horizon zero dawn worked a bit okey at the beggining of story , after some time , i'm getting a very bad performance and freezing a lot.

what power supply do you have? what does the power usage and gpu usage look like? i had similar issues with my 6600 xt when i got it, power was all over the place. i fixed it by reinstalling windows

GPU usage doesnt exceed 60-70% and power consumption is low , i have a Seasonic gx focux 750w , it's a good PSU.
I didnt reinstall windows, i used DDU for drivers but not in safe mode tho.
Look on screenshoot i have there the stats for GPU and CPU and power consumptions.

I mean it's kind of old CPU but it shouldnt perform this bad after upgrading to more powerful GPU right?, it's much worse performance on some games than with the previous RX 580
