Current Build:
FX-6300
8 GB Vengeance 1600 RAM
MSI 760GM-P34(fx)
XFX RX480 Black Edition
1 TB HDD
500 GB Samsung Evo SSD
CX600M
Thermaltake Versa H21 Window

Planning to upgrade:
6300 -> 1600X
8GB DDR3 -> 16GB DDR4
AM3+ mobo -> MSI Tomahawk B350
1TB HDD -> 3TB HDD
Versa H21 -> CM MasterBox Lite 5
QuickfireTK -> CM MasterKey Pro L MX Brown RGB

Adding lots of Mystic Light Sync compatible RGB fans, but I want to know if I were to get Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3000 RAM kit would it be able to be controlled by Mystic Light Sync? It says on MSI's website that they are compatible with Mystic Light Sync on Intel boards but it doesn't specify for AM4. I want to be able to control all of my RGB lights through 1 software.

Solution
Mystic lights aren't an Intel or AMD thing. So I see no reason why it'd matter. None of the am3 boards supported it when it came out so I suspect the Intel mention still exists from back then
