Upgrading To ssd

I have a hdd 2 Tb in me pc now, But Its most of the time 100% harddrive
I have a GeForce 1050 ti oc and a Good CPU Too (Dont know the name) is is worth To upgrade To a ssd or should I put it next to the harddrive?

I use a 250 gb for my C: drive, I keep everything else on my hard drive.
