Upgrading to STRIX-GTX-970

Hi guys, I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card (ASUS GTX680-DC2O-2GD5) to STRIX-GTX-970.
How much of a performance upgrade can I hope for and should I go for it?

I say, enough.

1080p very high settings or 1440p mid-high settings.
