I have windows 10, my PC PC meets all minimum requirements but CPU not supported. Anyone know why or workarounds?

Your CPU doesn't have fTPM support, which is the requirement Microsoft added for Windows 11.

While workarounds exist, you may not be able to get updates. Some people report they still do, but it's not a guarantee.
Mine is a great computer faster and more capable than some newer ones. Not sure about fTPM, will have to check.

Well, I was was actually looking for make/model.
Of everything.

Like...Intel i5-xxxx
You know...specifics. Of everything.
Sorry, Powerspec PC intel Core i7- 6700K, 64 bit, ASRock motherboard model Z17O Socket LGA-1151 Samsung SSD 250 GB (C), Toshiba HDD 1 TB.

Your CPU doesn't support fTPM.

Unless there's some absolute need to go to Windows 11, just stick with Windows 10 until it reaches EOL and make a decision of what to do from that point.

Be careful of the upgrade. I've heard people have problems with running older games on an upgraded system, like games before 2018. My Fallout 4 (released 2015) works fine on Win 11 with all the required updates. But the PC came with Win 11. See my sig.

That's slightly older than my Z170 with i5-6500 where I have Win 11. Disable PTT and install the correct TPM 2.0 module to install clean. No idea yet about games but mine are way too old.
