Upgrading to Windows 7 64 -- Driver Questions

The computer has this CPU, which I think will run a 64 bit operating system, but correct me if I am wrong.

The problem is that the dell website only has drivers for a 32-bit system-- what should I do?

The drivers that come up on the website are for removable hardware, Serial ATA, and AMD driver for the video card.

give the exact name and model of dell system (laptop or tower )

The processor will being the CPU states that it is 64 bit right on the Intel website.

It is a Vostro 420.

you could use the http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/upgrade-advisor then it will tell you if this could run 64 because dell only have the 32 driver
