Ok so i have windows XP, i can get a windows 7 professional upgrade for 60 bucks since im a student. I am about to build my new rig i was wondering.
Is it worth the hassle to save the money and buy the upgrade? or just spend the extra money to get the disk?
Im just concerned cause i dont know how to go about it in regards to my new build. If i buy the upgrade now, will i have to reinstall windows XP on my new rig, then install the backup windows 7 disk to upgrade it? If it is that simple it seems bennifical to save the money and get the upgrade, if its going to be a pain i might just drop the xtra cash.
