Upgrading toaster to better toaster. Help?

I have an outdated pc that consists of a g3258 dual core. 8gb ddr3 ram. Radeon r7 250x. H81m-e34 motherboard. I want to upgrade cpu and gpu. For the gpu should i go gtx 1060 ($250) or gtx 1070 ($370)?? And what cpu would be good under $200? I want play most games at least 60fps 1080p for the next 2 or 3 years. Thanks

I would look for an i7 4770 (non-K) , they're much cheaper than the 4790K's on eBay. If you find one, just go for the GTX 1070, you will certainly be able to play at 1080p ultra at 60+fps for the next few years at least.
