Upgrading Toshiba Satellite S55-B processor?

I have a Toshiba Satellite S55-B laptop. I was wondering if the processor can be upgraded? I can't find anything on the internet definitively saying if you can or can't.

12 GB Ram

64-bit OS, x64-based processor

That CPU cannot be readily replaced as it's soldered to the motherboard.

If you want a better CPU you need to upgrade the whole laptop.
