PC #1:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K (3.7 GHz)
RAM: 8GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 931MHz
MOBO: MSI A68HM-E33 V2 (MS-7721)
GPU: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (ASUStek Computer Inc) (ASUS VS228)

PC #2:
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 340 (3.2 GHz)
RAM: 4GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28)
MOBO: MSI FM2-A55M-E33 (MS-7721) (P0)
GPU: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6570 (ATI AIB)

These PC's components to a similar level, so for example Overwatch can stable run on medium settings on both PC's and maybe PUBG on any kind of settings, maybe The Witcher 3 on any kind of settings.

I want every component upgraded on the second one and at least the GPU on the first one. What would be good components to buy (budget gaming stuff but still decent) and a RAM upgrade on the second one. What are components you guys suggest (for not very high budgets).

Solution
I wouldn't recommend you using the FM2+ platform anymore, because in many cases it will be a bottleneck. But if you want to stick to this platform:

Upgrades PC #1:

I would recommend you buying something like the GTX 1050ti / RX 560 / GTX 1050.

Upgrades PC #2:

This is an other story. I this case I would recommend you buying the X4 760K, but I think you've to find in somewhere on Ebay, or something like that.
Furthermore buy some extra ram, so that you have a total of 8GB or 16GB ram.

About the graphic card:

I would recommend you buying in this case a GTX 1050.

Note:

Also check this benchmark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-j92ulh108
As you can see the 860K performs much worse than the G4560 (which is currently a budget cpu).

Would a new MOBO be necessary for either of these?
