[SOLVED] Upgrading Win 7 to Win !0 best option?

I have an extra win 7 pro dell optiplex machine with COA,,
Can I do a fresh install to avoid upgrade problems and use the COA on my win 7 to activate win 10?
Is the Usb method best for a new or wiped drive?

might be safer to upgrade from inside 7 and then clean install once the licence is converted.
You can do clean install method if you like. Both should still work... using COA to activate it..

Do an inplace Upgrade to WIn 10.
This is just for the licensing/activation.

After, then do a full wipe and install of a fresh Win 10 install.
