So, i am running Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit and since i've installed 8 Gigs of ram, windows does not recognize it. How can i install Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit over Windows 7 Home premium 32-bit? Is there USB needed? Thanks!

Solution
You can download it, use a disc or USB drive.
Just do a complete backup to be safe then start the installation. It is very simple once you have a CD or downloaded file to use.

I also want to mention this.
You will get a free upgrade to Windows 10 near the end of the year if you want it.

I am glad to hear it went well!

Look out for the free upgrade offer for Windows 10 during its first twelve months on the market. It might have some bugs during the first four months, but it will definitely be a handy free upgrade.
