Upgrading with the GeForce 750

So, I've got a computer. An old, bad, slow computer. Okay, it's not that bad, but I want to upgrade it nonetheless. It's loaded with an Intel Pentium Dual-Core 2.0GHz processor, Nvidia 9500 GT GPU, 4 GB RAM and 350W PSU. Not that fantastic. I'm here to ask if just buying the 750 and swapping out my GPU's would work. The 750 is smaller (by a whole inch), uses 55W and says that the minimum operating wattage is 300W, which is 50W lower than the 9500. By all accounts, it should work, but I'd like to double check anyways. Thanks!

It would work but it will be bottlenecked by your (POS) processor. You'll notice a performance increase in games, but overall your system might become more laggy because the processor can't keep up with the graphics card.
