What is your definition of "bottlenecking"?

Put in a better GPU that fits your budget, and go with it.

i mean the cpu wont drop the performance of the graphics card. i prolly could upgrade but i dunno.

Adding in a better part (a new GPU) does not make things run worse.

1050ti would be a good jump in performance and it would be an affordable upgrade. It will be a decent upgrade for you.
