Question Upgrading Z87-HD3 system build.

I have an old sytem built on a Z87-HD3 LGA 1150 motherboard. Can I upgrade the SSD to a Samsung SSD 870 EVO, 2 TB, Black SSD and an Intel i7 core -4790K processor?

update the bios of the motherboard beforehand
as long as the ssd is 2.5" sata, it should be compatible

Do you know if there is any way I can run Windows 11 on this system when I want to install the upgrades:
Z87-HD3 LGA 1150 motherboard. - Intel i7 -4790K processor - Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) - Samsung SSD 870 EVO, 2 TB, Black SSD, Seagate Baracuda 2TB 7200rpm HDD, GTX650 GPU, Fractal Meshify 2 Black case.
