Upgradw vista 32 bit to 64 bit

is it good to update vista 32 bit to 64 bit

If you're going to be installing 4GB or more of ram in your PC, yes. I must mention though, that you cannot directly upgrade from Vista 32 to 64 bit. You must wipe the drive out and do a fresh install.
