Question UpHere ARGB Bracket in Gigabyte Mobo

Hello. I purchased this RGB bracket, and connected it to my Gigabyte Z390 Extreme mobo, in the 5V ARGB connector.

I tried everything, and can't control it. Any guess?

only the 1st led responds, the others stay unchanged. tried RGB Fusion, SignalRGB...nothing works.

thought the bracket was damaged, but tried a second one and behaves the same.

any help is appreciated.

What specific connector are you using per the User Manual?

Reference physically numbered Page 26.

actually, this is the correct manual : https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-XTREME-rev-10/support#support-manual

page 31 explains the 3 pin 5V header to connect to. The content is identical though.

the UpHere connector is the same the mobo shows, so should be a no brainer. but it doesn't work.
