[SOLVED] UpHere rgb fans 123-5 settings?

Just bought a 5pack to see if they were any good. They work fine, but in the programmable settings, it says that if you press the M+ or M- it will "adjust the pixels". I'm not sure if this is just a poor translation, or just garbage they say to give you the allusion of more customization. But I can't for the life of me see any change. And as far as I know, the LED's are fixed. There's no "pixels" to "adjust".

Does anyone have any idea what this "pixel adjustment" does?

I believe it's a brightness adjustment, in theory at least.
I did check out some UpHere fans briefly, and I believe there was a very slight brightness increase/decrease - but that's going from memory.
