Hi everyone,
If you are currently trying to download any game from Uplay and you have been getting the error "Download failed. Please check that you have an active connection to the internet and sufficient space on your hard drive, then click retry to start the download again, or try again later."
What fixed it for me is:
- Right clicking the network icon
- Click Open Network & Internet settings.
- Click Change adapter options
- Right click your adapter you are currently using to connect to the internet.
- Click Properties
- Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Click okay
I then went back to Uplay and clicked retry and my download completed.
