uplay_r1_loader.dll problem on windows 8.1

i have a good laptop with a good config. but it has win 8.1 and games like battlefield 4,fifa 14 and hitman absolution run easily but when i installed splinter cell blacklist and assassin's creed 4,both had same uplay_r1_loader.dll problem;it says missing the game still doesn't starts when i copy crack. i tried a lot searching on you tube but still i there is not proper way of getting rid of this problem. please if someone could help me out
