This has been going on all year, and its driving me insane.
Seemingly at random, I won't be able to upload a picture less than 1Mb in size, or even a text file, and when I do a speedtest on speedtest.net, it says my download speed is normal, but my upload speed (supposed to be 10Mb) is at .04Mb.
I have been through 3 routers over the course of 1 year, every device in the house (wired or not) has this issue, and my ISP constantly just tells me to update the firmware on my router, which I've done every single time.
Resetting the router doesn't seem to to do anything, it will just magically go back to normal after a few hours or so.
What the hell is going on?
