Upload speeds from Shanghai Server living in Hanoi

Hi, I'm living in Hanoi with a few friends and we have all started jobs teaching online to students in China. Apparently we use the Shanghai server so our upload speed is 2Mbps compared to 10Mbps upload with Hanoi server. This is ok when one of us are teaching but more than that the screen can go black for short period's of time along with freezing altogether. This is due to the the upload demands been to high I'd assume?

My question is: Is there a possible way to increase the upload speeds so we can all stream our webcam's simultaneously without any issues?
